Upstart Crow announces its return to the stage with Gloria Onitiri and Rob Rouse starring.
The production is based on the much-loved TV series about the life of William Shakespeare (played by David Mitchell).
Rob Rouse will be reprising his role as Bottom, and Gloria Onitiri is new to the cast, playing Desiree.
Ben Elton’s five-star Olivier award-nominated stage production was called, ‘A hit, a hit, an implausible hit’ by The Independent, and after being forced to close due to COVID, is excited for its return to the stage.
Upstart Crow runs at Apollo Theatre from Friday 23rd September – Saturday 3rd December 2022.
