20.9.2022

New BBC drama thriller Crossfire comes to our screens starring Lee Ingleby.

Created and written by Louise Doughty (best-selling novelist and author of Apple Tree Yard), the show is set in a luxurious resort in the Canary Islands.

The three part series follows the story of Jo Cross, an ex-policewoman on holiday with her friends and family, when things turn awry. Suddenly she has to recall her police training to combat a gang of armed men who attack their secluded hotel. A nail-biting thriller that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat whilst retaining emotional, intimate and relatable moments with the characters.

Lee Ingleby plays another key part in Jo’s husband, Jason, and joins a cast that includes Noah Leggott, Vikash Bhai and Pol Torro.

Crossfire airs on BBC One on 20th September 2022 at 9pm, and is available on iPlayer.
