Sheridan Smith and Louis Ashbourne-Serkis star in brand new holiday drama ‘No Return’
No Return follows the story of a family who find themselves trapped on the holiday from hell. Kathy and Martin are parents of, sixteen-year-old, Noah, and are all enjoying a family break to Turkey. Things take a turn for the worst when Noah is accused of sexually assaulting another boy. After the situation escalates, he faces a 12-year prison sentence and Kathy must do everything in her power to prove her son’s innocence.
The show is written by Danny Brocklehurst, who previously wrote Clocking Off and Shameless.
Sheridan told The Mirror, that the role was ‘extremely tough after becoming a parent herself’ to her two-year-old Billy.
This is the third ITV drama that Sheridan will star in this year, after featuring in Four Lives and The Teacher to rave reviews.
