Robert Emms stars in brand new horror film Starve Acre
Written and directed by Daniel Kokotajlo, Starve Acre is an unsettling folk horror, based on Andrew Michael Hurley’s 2019 novel of the same name. It’s being distributed by Brainstorm Media, having had a successful festival run.
When their son starts acting strangely, a couple unwittingly allow dark and sinister forces into their home. This awakens a long-dormant ancient evil rooted deep in rural Yorkshire during the 1970s.
Starve Acre is released in cinemas on Friday July 26th
